Sports and Remedial Massage (45 Minutes) - £45.00 Getting a sports massage is an easy way to help lessen and ward off any aches and pains – whether you're a competitive or recreational athlete, or feeling the strain from everyday wear and tear, repetative movements or occupational stress. Our Massage Therapist will ask about any current aches and pains and offer a tailored treatment to you, helping you get pain free and prevent any injuries. They will also show you any stretches or exercises you can do to get better in your own time.

Deep Tissue Massage (45 Minutes) - £45.00 A Classic Massage - Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and muscle aches. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation - while also helping you relax! Our Massage Therapist will have a full consultation beforehand to make sure he knows your goals and comfort levels.

VOUCHER - 45 or 60 Minute Massage Treatment Please book this if you have a gift voucher and would like to use it for a massage treatment of your choice (Deep Tissue or Sports & Remedial). Please state in the booking notes your preferred appointment length. A valid Massage voucher must be shown at reception on arrival - otherwise our normal appointment fee applies. Our Massage Therapist will have a full consultation beforehand to make sure he knows your goals and comfort levels.
